Commercial Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Commercial Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with commercial clients, assessing roofing service needs, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact through project completion.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial service clients
• Conduct on-site evaluations of roofing conditions and document findings
• Prepare and present service proposals, repair recommendations, and maintenance options
• Coordinate with service technicians and project managers to schedule and oversee work
• Ensure clear, consistent communication with clients regarding project timelines, expectations, and updates
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, proposals, and customer interactions
• Support long-term client relationships by promoting preventative maintenance and ongoing service plans
• Contribute to the company's mission of protecting assets and supporting community safety

Qualifications:

• Experience in roofing, construction, facilities management, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to assess roofing needs and translate findings into clear recommendations (training available)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites throughout North Texas
• Self-motivated, dependable, and professional in appearance and conduct

Physical Requirements
