We are seeking a results-driven and self-motivated Sales Representative to drive growth and secure new roofing contracts. This is a commission-only position with a highly competitive commission structure offering 30-40% of each job sold.

What You'll Do:

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
• Present and sell roofing services to residential and commercial customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Provide accurate and detailed estimates for roofing projects.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven sales experience (roofing or construction sales preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
• Ability to work independently and manage your sales pipeline.
• Reliable transportation and access to communication tools.

Physical Requirements
